  • The objective for this campaign was to encourage prospective students to commit to IU using the “Lifestyle” advertising strategy. This strategy appeals to emotion and asks the consumer, “who do you want to be?” We created our ads to show that because IU is a big school, there are countless opportunities and events to find your crowd and make school feel like home. By featuring different images of real students showing IU Dance Marathon, school spirit at a football game, and night-life, they give various reasons for someone to want to become a Hoosier. We chose a handwritten font to add a personal touch and make it seem like the message was coming from a current student.
